We will achieve goals x, y, and z –  with client agreement for q homework and activities, with a range of hours of provided facilitation and a guarantee of satisfaction.  If satisfaction is not achieved, additional hours will be provided.  If the goal is quantifiably achieved, a bonus will be paid to the facilitator, happily, because the desired value has been well exceeded by the process. The success will have coordinated accountability for the participant and the facilitator, with consequences and benefits for each achievement as outlined in the plan.

a 3-6 month commitment of 10-12 hours a week of group, Emotive Coaching sessions with an assigned coach and 1:1 sessions directly with Adam Petty our founder.  This is the highest level of both commitment and accountability.  This is for those in either emergent, high pressure, high achievement, or specific intensive personal development needs.  If you are a person or executive that has been managing stress through prescribed or non-prescribed medications that is at risk of failing, allow us to provide a bridge either to managing your life through this process.  We will provide a framework, give you immediate support now, and referrals with management to multiple treatment professionals and centers we have direct connections within the Phoenix metro area and across the country.  We can bring you the support you need to keep your life together until you have the opportunity to fully execute the changes you want and need to bring things to a better place.
